Sweet Potato Fries
Crispy sweet potato fries that can be prepared very quickly and easily. They are an ideal accompaniment to meat or various vegetarian dishes.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Sweet Potatoes
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 1 ts salt

Preheating the oven - Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Preparing sweet potatoes - Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries. Put them into a large bowl.
Preparation of marinade - In a smaller bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
Marinating fries - We add the marinade to the bowl with sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly so that all the fries are coated.
Baking fries - Evenly distribute the fries on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. In the meantime, we can turn them over several times.
Serving - Serve the finished sweet potato fries warm, either alone or with a dip of your own taste.
