Sweet and spicy pumpkin seeds
Roasted pumpkin seeds that can be enjoyed on their own or in yoghurt, for example.

- 1 Cup Pumpkin seeds
- 2 Spoons With
- pinch of salt
- 1 Spoon Vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 spoons cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the pumpkin seeds, honey, salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg until all the seeds are well coated.
Spread the seeds evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the seeds are a beautiful golden colour. But watch them carefully so they don't burn.
Let them cool at the end. They can be eaten on their own as a quick snack, or you can sprinkle them on yoghurt or porridge.
