- 200 g butter biscuits
- 100 g butter

- 500 g mascarpone
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 5 pcs Strawberries

1. Step
Crust: Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Then press this mixture onto the bottom of the mold and place it in the refrigerator.
2. Step
Fill: Beat the mascarpone with sugar, vanilla sugar, strawberries and eggs. Then pour this mixture onto the base.
3. Step
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
4. Step
Let the strawberry curd cake chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
