Stewed vegetables
A perfect side dish in the form of steamed vegetables that goes well with the main dish and meat.

- 2 pcs carrots
- 1 pcs zucchini
- 1 pcs paprika
- 1 pcs red onion
- 4 pcs cloves of garlic
- 2 spoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper

1. Step
Clean, wash and cut the carrots, zucchini, peppers, onions and broccoli into smaller pieces.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped vegetables.
3. Step
After a while, add the crushed garlic to the vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Step
Simmer the vegetables under a lid for about 15 minutes.
5. Step
After 15 minutes, check if the vegetables are soft enough. If not, simmer it for 5 more minutes.
