- 50 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt

1. Step
First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add milk and salt to them and whisk well.
2. Step
Wash the spinach and cut it into smaller pieces.
3. Step
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add spinach, and sauté it until it softens.
4. Step
Pour the beaten eggs onto a pan and cook over medium heat. When the omelette begins to thicken, sprinkle it with cheese and flip it to the other side.
5. Step
Serve the finished omelette immediately while it's still warm.
