Simplified Mascarpone Cake

- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 1 pcs baking soda
- 300 g Plain flour
- 100 ml vegetable oil
Cream:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 450 ml whipped cream
- 130 g powdered sugar
- 1 pcs whipped cream stabilizer

We mix the egg yolks with powdered sugar.

Add oil and yogurt.

Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.

Whisk the egg whites with granulated sugar and carefully fold them into the batter.
