- 1⁄2 kg sour cabbage
- 1 glass flour
- 1 piece onion
- 2 Piece Eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 ml Frying oil

1. Step
Drain the cabbage of excess water and chop it finely.
2. Step
Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. Step
In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, onion, flour, eggs, and salt.
4. Step
Heat the oil in a pan. Spoon portions of the dough and fry the pancakes over medium heat until they are golden on both sides.
5. Step
Serve the pancakes hot.
