Roasted honey chicken thighs
Tasty roasted honey chicken thighs with rice, perfect for Sunday lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 3 tablespoon With
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground pepper
- salt
- Fresh rosemary

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Peel, salt and pepper the chicken thighs. In a bowl, mix honey, olive oil, crushed garlic, ground paprika and pepper. Mix all this well and then let the thighs rest in this marinade for at least half an hour, but as I have found during my cooking, the longer the better.
Transfer the thighs to a baking dish, add the herbs and bake in the oven for about an hour to an hour and a half. Brush the thighs occasionally with the rest of the marinade during the baking time so that they are beautifully juicy and have a nice glaze.
