- 1⁄2 Cup of soy sauce
- 3 tbls of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 11⁄2 teaspoons of sugar (adjust according to taste)
- 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon of finely grated fresh ginger
- Optional: one finely chopped green onion and/or chili oil for extra heat

1. Step
Start by finely mincing the garlic and grating the ginger.

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger into the bowl.
