- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs garlic
- 1 cup cooking cream

1. Step
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Clean the carrot, onion, and garlic and chop them. Sauté all the ingredients in a frying pan with a little bit of oil.
2. Step
Cover with water and let it stew until the ingredients soften.
3. Step
When the ingredients soften, we add spices (salt, black pepper, nutmeg) and pour in the cooking cream.
4. Step
Mix everything together until smooth and serve the soup warm.
