Pork with Dumpling
A recipe for our pork with cream sauce and dumpling.

Meat and vegetables
- 600 g pork
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs onion
- Pea
Sauce
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 ts self-rising flour
Dumpling
- 500 g semi-coarse flour
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 270 ml water
- 1 kl crystal sugar
- 1 kl salt
- 2 kl oil
- 20 g yeast

1. Step
Cut the meat into smaller pieces and fry in oil. Add chopped carrots, peas and onions. Then pour over water and let it stew.
2. Step
Prepare a sauce from sour cream and flour. Whisk the flour in a pan, add the sour cream and cook it while constantly stirring until it thickens.
3. Step
Pour the stewed meat with vegetables with cream sauce and let it stew for a while longer.
4. Step
Dumpling - in a bowl we mix warm water with sugar, salt, yeast, egg and flour.

We mix the dough, which we let rise in a warm place, covered with a towel.
6. Step
Then we divide the dough into 2 parts and form dumplings from them.

Let it ferment a little longer and steam for 20 minutes.
