Pasta with spinach and mushrooms

- 350 g pasta
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 300 g fresh mushrooms (wild or cultivated)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 50 g grated parmesan

1. Step
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms to it and fry them. Then add the garlic and fry for another minute.
2. Step
Add the spinach and simmer for a while. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Step
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package directions. When done, drain the water and add the pasta to the pan with the spinach and mushrooms.
4. Step
Stir everything well so that the flavours mix. Finally, sprinkle the pasta with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
