Pasta with mushroom sauce easy to prepare in 30 minutes
This recipe for pasta with mushroom sauce is a perennial favorite in my cooking portfolio and is one of those dishes I'm always excited to make. It's quick and easy to make, ideal for stressful workdays, but still full of flavor and enjoyment. As a passionate mushroom lover, over the years I have refined this recipe according to my preferences try this pasta dish with mushrooms necessarily !

- 400 g Tagliatelle pasta
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 Onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml Cream/Whipped cream
- 200 ml vegetable stock cube
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- olive oil

Directions
To prepare the pasta with mushroom sauce recipe first peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. This works especially well with a sharp knife. Remove the pilots and slice the mushrooms.
Put some olive oil in a pan and heat it. Here I recommend medium heat so as not to burn the garlic and onions. Then sauté the onions and garlic in it until they are translucent.
Then add the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes until they have released their liquid and reabsorbed. This procedure helps to bring out the full flavor of the mushrooms.
Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to package directions. I prefer them al dente.
Now add the vegetable stock to the mushrooms and let it reduce. Then stir in the cream and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Finally, mix the cooked tagliatelle into the mushroom sauce and sprinkle the pasta dish with fresh parsley.
