  • 1 Cup of chopped mixed nuts (like almonds, walnuts cashews) Added to
  • 12 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut Added to
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Added to
  • A pinch of sea salt Added to
  • A little water (if required) Added to

1. Step

Place the dates in a food processor or blender until they form a sticky, uniform paste. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water.

2. Step

Add the chopped mixed nuts, coconut, vanilla extract and salt, and pulse until everything is mixed well together.

Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, wetting your hands a little can help.

4. Step

Optional: Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut for a snowy effect.

5. Step

Place the date balls on a tray, and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
