Nepali Momo Dumpling Dipping Sauce

- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 red chillies
- 4 green chillies
- 6 cloves garlic
- 400 ml water

Heat oil in a pan. Add red chillies and chopped garlic, and fry for 30 seconds. Add chopped tomatoes, and fry for 8 minutes.
