  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon Added to

Meat

  • 312 lb boneless pork shoulder roast Added to
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil Added to

Mix the dry rub ingredients together. Rub over the meat. Let sit for an hour.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Put the meat in and brown from all sides. Move to a slow cooker, add any leftover dry rub and cook for 8 hours.
