Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Cup crystal sugar
- 1 Cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 11⁄2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 Cup chopped macadamia nuts

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line the baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this to the butter mixture and mix well.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and the chopped macadamia nuts.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake, in batches if necessary, for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
