- 3 egg
- 2 lemon juice and peel
- 100 g melted butter
- 210 g Plain flour
- 1 package baking soda
- 1⁄4 ts real vanilla
Lemon glaze
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon hot water

1. Step
We whisk the eggs with sugar and lemon zest until frothy
2. Step
Add lemon juice then butter and stir
3. Step
Gradually add the flour with baking powder and vanilla
4. Step
Pour the finished dough into the mold (grease the mold with butter and sprinkle flour on it)
5. Step
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180’ for about 35-40min.

We take the bread out of the mold and let it cool down, meanwhile we make a glaze
7. Step
Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and it's ready to serve
