- 4 Sweet Potatoes
- 4 cups of heavy cream
- 2 tbls of butter
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- salt
- pepper

Peel the sweet potatoes and dice them into small cubes.
Boil water in a large pot, then add cubes and a pinch of salt and cook for 15 minutes.
Move the potatoes to a pot.
Add butter, heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper to the pot.
Use a potato masher to mash the sweet potatoes until they are smooth and creamy.
Serve and garnish the dish with additional butter and cinnamon or nutmeg.
