- 200 g chickpea flour
- 600 ml water
- 5 g salt
- 4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Step
Blend together the chickpea flour, water, salt and oil until obtaining a liquid and homogeneous mixture.

Cover the mixture with a lid and let it rest at room temperature for 6 hours. After the standing time, mix with a spoon.

Grease a 32 cm diameter pan with extra virgin olive oil. Then, distribute the chickpea mixture. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes until golden brown.
