How to Make Easy Chocolate Cupcakes?

Pour ½ cup of full-fat milk and 1 tbsp vinegar in a bowl and gently mix it.

Now add 1 cup of sugar.

Crack an egg and add to the above mixture.

Also, add 1/3 cup cooking oil.

Mix well until sugar gets dissolved.

Next, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar and ¼ tablespoon of salt.

Now pour 1 cup of plain flour and ¼ cup of cocoa powder via a strainer

1 tbsp baking powder should also be added.

Prepare a mixture of coffee powder and hot water and pour it into the plain flour mixture while stirring until a thick paste is ready.

Grab a cupcake tray and add the prepared mixture to each block.

Bake it in preheated oven 170 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

Then remove it and let it cool and check its porosity via stick.

To prepare to ice, take 1/3 cup butter in a bowl and beat it for 2 minutes. Then add powder sugar to it and again beat it.

Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and beat it again for 3-4 minutes. Now the icing is ready.
