How to make Easter Rocky Road?

Ingredients
For the rocky road
- 150 g bittersweet chocolate
- 350 g milk chocolate
- 200 g Butter or baking spread unsalted
- 150 g Golden Syrup
- 100 g Digestive biscuits
- 75 g marshmallows
- 225 g Mini eggs
- chocolate orange eggs
- mini creme eggs
For decoration
- 60 g Mini eggs
- 60 g chocolate orange eggs
- 5 Mini Kit Kat Bunnies
- 4 Creme Eggs
- sprinkles

Directions
Prepare a mixing bowl filled with the broken-up biscuits, the marshmallows, the mini eggs, chocolate orange eggs and mini creme eggs.
Put the butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate and milk chocolate in a pan and melt together on low heat. Then, take the pan off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Pour two-thirds of the chocolate mixture into the mixing bowl of biscuits and stir to coat the fillings with chocolate.
Pour the chocolate-coated biscuits and mini eggs into the lined tin, and smooth down. Then, add the remaining chocolate mixture.
Add the Creme Eggs, chocolate bunnies, mini eggs, chocolate orange eggs and Sprinkles on top.
Put in the fridge overnight or for 3 hours to set.
Remove from the tin and slice into pieces. Store in the fridge or in a cool place for a softer texture. Enjoy!
