How to make Creamy Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 large Zucchinis
- 2 tbls of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 Cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄2 Cup of Basil Leaves, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Start by washing the zucchinis and trimming their ends. You can use a spiralizer or a peeler to create thin, noodle-like strips, also known as zoodles.
Once the zucchinis are prepared, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté it until it's fragrant.
Add the zucchini noodles to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they're tender but still have a bit of crunch. Do not overcook or the zoodles will become mushy.
Toss in the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for another minute.
Finally, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped basil and the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the Zucchini Pasta immediately, with extra Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
