How to make cauliflower rice?
Cauliflower is a wonderful vegetable, it has so many benefits and is very easy to use and adapt. When is grated or processed it takes on the consistency of rice. It's a recipe you must try!

- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- Chopped fresh parsley

1. Step
Remove the leaves and separate the cauliflower florets from the stem.
2. Step
Wash and divide the cauliflower into smaller pieces.
3. Step
Using a food processor, chop into small pieces.
4. Step
Cook the rice in a large pot over low heat with olive oil and salt for 3 minutes. Then uncover and cook for a further 3 minutes.
5. Step
Serve in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and add a drizzle of olive oil.
