Honey Layer Cake

- 1 Spoon baking soda

- 500 ml soft curd cheese
- 200 g confectionery sugar
- 200 ml whipping cream

1. Step
Prepare the dough. Melt honey, sugar and butter in a pan over medium heat. Remove from heat and add flour, baking soda and eggs. Mix until smooth. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes.
2. Step
Prepare the cream. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, and whipped cream until smooth.
3. Step
Spread each honey plate with cream. Assemble the cake and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors mingle.

Before serving, garnish it with fruit according to your own imagination.
