Homemade vegan Halloween pumpkin peanut buttercup treat
Here is a homemade and healthier version of Reese's cup. Make this candy for Halloween and we promise you, all the kids are going to love your Halloween treat!
Ingredients
- 85 g bittersweet chocolate
- 3 tablespoon red kuri squash puree
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon stevia/sweetner

Directions
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir it till it's creamy.

Spoon the melted chocolates in the candy mould to make small cupcake liners by covering the buttons and sides completely and leaving the middle as open as possible.

Transfer the mould to the refrigerator and let the chocolate set for 10–15 minutes.

Now, in a bowl, combine the nut butter, pumpkin puree, peanut flour, and the sweetener of your choice.

Take the chocolate moulds out of the refrigerator when set and fill them with the peanut-pumpkin filling. Maintain flat tops with the help of a spoon.

Put the final layer of melted chocolate on the chocolate moulds filled with pumpkin peanut butter filling.
