- 2 pcs egg
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pcs lemon
- 300 ml vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

1. Step
Put the eggs, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a tall mixing glass.
2. Step
Start blending with a immersion blender and move it in a circular motion from the bottom upwards so that all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Then start slowly adding oil and continue mixing until you get a thick and creamy mayonnaise.
