Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti noodles
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ginger powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cayenne powder
- 200 g shrimps
- 100 ml soy sauce
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley or coriander

Directions
Add a handful of salt to plenty of boiling water. Add the noodles and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente. Then drain the noodles from the water and leave them to rest.

In a large frying pan, put a splash of oil over high heat. Then add the chopped garlic, the onion cut into julienne strips, the carrot in more or less large cubes and the pepper also cut into cubes of approximately the same size. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes.

Add the peeled prawns and mix again. Cook for a couple of minutes more, until the prawns have browned.
