- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 150 g butter
- 2 spoons white wine
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

1. Step
Melt the butter in a small pot over medium heat, once the butter is melted, remove it from the heat.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix egg yolks, mustard, white wine and lemon juice. Stir with a whisk until the sauce is smooth.
3. Step
Gradually add the melted butter into the mixture, continue stirring to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
4. Step
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir again.
5. Step
The sauce is ready to serve. You can serve it warm or cooled down.
