Healthy Stuffed Capsicum recipe
The bell pepper is an excellent vessel for stuffing meat, rice, and, of course, cheese. It's strong enough to hold its shape in the oven, and the flavor is subtle enough to go well with just about anything. This is our favorite recipe!

- Capsicum
- mozzarella cheese
- Oregano Chili flakes
- For Paneer Filling
- 200 gms Paneer cheese
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Green chili nos chopped
- lb Ginger Garlic
- 2 Tomato nos chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- Chopped Coriander leaves

1. Step
Heat a pan with some oil, add the onions, green chilies. Saute them.Add ginger garlic and saute

Add tomatoes and cook them. Add salt, garam masala, chaat masala, and crumbled paneer.Mix everything well

Finally, add coriander leaves. Cut the top of the capsicums, Remove the seeds
4. Step
Fill the capsicums with the filling.Top it with grated mozzarella cheese.Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes

Preheat the oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees. Bake the capsicums for 15 mins and broil it for 5 mins
