  • 1 Cup of oats (gluten-free, if preferred) Added to
  • 1 Cup of raw almonds Added to
  • 1 Cup of pitted dates Added to
  • 12 Cup of unsweetened shredded coconut Added to
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds Added to
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (for vegans) Added to

1. Step

Start by placing the almonds in a food processor and pulse them until they are finely chopped.

2. Step

Add in the oats, dates, half of the raspberries, chia seeds, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until everything is mixed and you're left with a sticky mixture.

3. Step

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the remaining raspberries gently.

4. Step

Take a small amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat this step with the remaining mixture.

5. Step

Roll the balls in the shredded coconut, making sure they are thoroughly coated.

6. Step

Place the balls in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

7. Step

Store your Raspberry Bliss Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
