Healthy Homemade Nut & Seed Muesli Bars
These healthy muesli bars are packed with nutritious ingredients like oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 Cup of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts pecans etc.)
- 1⁄2 Cup of mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds flax seeds etc.)
- 1⁄2 Cup of dried fruits (raisins, apricots dates etc.)
- 1⁄4 Cup of Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1⁄2 Cup of almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of sea salt

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) mark 4. Line a square baking tray (about 20.5cm large) with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
In a small saucepan, warm the honey (or maple syrup), almond butter (or peanut butter), vanilla extract, and sea salt over medium heat until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the lined baking tray and evenly press down with a spatula.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the tray before cutting them into 12 individual bars.
The muesli bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
