- 50 g spinach
- 1⁄3 green apple
- 1⁄2 salad cucumber
- 2 kale leaves
- 140 g courgette
- 170 g broccoli
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper
- 4 limes

1. Step
Cut the kale into strips. Dice the courgette, cucumber and green pepper. Peel and chop the apple.
