Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce
A quick and simple recipe, suitable for both lunch and dinner.

- 250 g gnocchi
- 1⁄3 leek
- 200 g Champions
- 100 g Hams
- 100 g tomatoes
- 250 g Tomato puree
- 50 ml whipped cream
- olive oil
- 1⁄2 spoons Only
- black pepper
- Italian herbs seasoning

1. Step
1. Sauté leek in oil, add ham, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Rest for a while.
2. Step
2. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions, cooking for about 3 minutes. Set aside some of the water in which they were boiled.

3. Add the spices, puree and stir. Pour over the water in which the gnocchi was boiled and simmer for about 10 minutes.

4. Add gnocchi, cream to soften and let the whole thing go through boiling.

5. Season to taste and set aside.
