Gluten-free Christmas waffles
Recipe for delicious gluten-free Christmas waffles, which you can prepare if you have a waffle baking tin at home.

- 150 g rice flour
- 50 g Corn flour
- 50 g tapioca starch
- 1 pcs egg
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g Crystal sugar
- Oil to grease the mould

Start by mixing all the dry ingredients - rice flour, cornflour, tapioca starch and sugar - in one bowl.
2. Step
In a large bowl, whisk the egg with 250 ml of milk.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the milk and egg, stirring to avoid lumps.
4. Step
Heat the wafer mould and brush it with oil. Fill with the batter and bake for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the waffle is golden brown.
