Recipe for easy gingerbread muffins, which are especially popular with children.

- 125 g soft butter
- 100 g dark sugar

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Step
Place butter, sugar, honey in a bowl and beat until smooth.
3. Step
Then add the eggs, but one at a time, so that the mixture comes together nicely.
4. Step
In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - flour, soda, cocoa and spices. Gradually add these to the butter mixture.
5. Step
Pour the batter roughly halfway into the paper baskets and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
