Fried Fish from Frozen Fillets
This recipe is great for quick and tasty fried fish fillets straight from the freezer. It's excellent as a main course with vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 Pieces Frozen fish fillet
- 100 g self-rising flour
- 2 Pieces egg
- 150 ml oil
- salt and pepper
- Parsley leaves
- lime

Directions
Prepare all the ingredients. Remove the frozen fish fillets from the freezer so they can slightly thaw.
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper.
Coat each fish fillet in the flour mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the fish fillets on medium heat, approximately 4-5 minutes first skin down. You can sprinkle it for example with chopped parsley.
Then turn the fish over and fry from the other side.
Remove the finished fish fillet from the pan and let it drain on paper towels.
We serve the fish fillet with lime and garnished with parsley.
