Flourless Chocolate Nut Cake
This cake is a great solution for those with gluten intolerance. It's full of flavor and no one would ever guess that it contains no flour.

- 200 g ground nuts
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 ts baking powder

1. Step
Melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler.
2. Step
Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy.
3. Step
We will mix the nuts with the baking powder.
4. Step
We add the melted chocolate into the eggs and mix.

Then we add the nuts and mix thoroughly.
6. Step
Pour the dough into the mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for approximately 40 minutes.

After cooling, we can pour chocolate over the cake and garnish with nuts.
