- 280 g rice
- 400 g tuna
- 30 g sesame oil
- 80 g soy sauce
- 2 spoon sesame seeds
- 20 g rice vinegar
- lime juice
- 150 g edamame
- 2 avocados
- 1 salad cucumber
- 8 radishes
- salt

1. Step
Cut the tuna into small cubes. Then, place them in a bowl and add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and juice of half of a lime. Mix well and set aside in the fridge.
2. Step
Bring water to a boil and add salt and rice. Cook for 18 minutes.
3. Step
Cook edamame for 10 minutes.
4. Step
Wash the radishes and cut them into slices. Then, peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. Peel and slice the avocado.
5. Step
Serve in a bowl the rice. Add the marinated tuna, radishes, sliced cucumber, avocado and edamame. Sprinkle sesame seeds and enjoy!
