Ingredients
- 1 Boiled and shredded chicken breast
- 1 box shell pasta
- 12 ounces Ricotta cheese
- 1 Cup mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 spoon oregano
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- 1⁄2 spoon dried basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- 1 egg
- 0.125 spoon nutmeg
- Marinated Sauce

Directions
Cook the breast in a pot with water and salt. Crumble and set aside. Cook the pasta for 8 minutes. Then, strain the pasta in a container with cold water with some ice, put it for a few minutes and strain it again and reserve.

In a large bowl mix the ricotta, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, nutmeg, garlic and chicken. Stir and mix well.

Spoon the stuffing into the shell pasta.

Put a little sauce in a baking pan and arrange the shells next to each other. Once finished, add a little sauce and more mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Cover with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180° C.

Remove the foil. Bake for 15 minutes more. Serve and enjoy.
