- 4 twigs Fresh Rosemary
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 Cup of chicken broth

Preheat your oven at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create your seasoning paste.
Pat pork shoulder dry with paper towels. Rub the seasoning paste into the pork shoulder, ensuring every nook and cranny is covered.
