- 1⁄4 Cup self-rising flour

- 1⁄3 Cup cheddar
- 1⁄4 Cup cooked kernel corn
- 1⁄4 Cup milk
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 large Egg

In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon. Set aside.

Add the wet ingredients.

In a very hot ovenproof frying pan, add butter. Then pour the dough.

When the base is solid, bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.
