Dutch Asparagus Sauce
A pleasant accompaniment to grilled asparagus or even as a sauce for baked fish. This Dutch sauce is creamy, sour and has a subtle lemon flavor.

- 150 g butter
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 kl salt
- 1 kl White freshly ground pepper

Prepare all the ingredients.

Melt the butter in a water bath.

Mix the yolks with a little lemon juice.

Add yolks to the water bath and stir until you get a smooth mixture.

Then, gradually add the melted butter to the mixture and stir until you obtain a smooth, creamy sauce.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
