Crispy Oven Baked Fresh Trout Fillets

- 4 fresh trout fillets
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 twigs Fresh Rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the trout fillets under cold water and pat them dry using a paper towel.
Take a baking sheet and line it with foil. Grease lightly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Lay the trout fillets on the greased foil, skin side down.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the trout fillets. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper evenly over each fillet.
Place the lemon slices and rosemary sprigs on top of the trout fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the trout flakes easily with a fork.
