Coconut Raw Cake
This recipe for a delicious coconut raw cake is simple and quick. It does not require heat treatment and its preparation will not take more than 30 minutes. It is suitable for all occasions and stands out even on a festive table. Try it too!

1. Step
Mix almonds and dates in a blender, then add cocoa. Put the mixture into a mold and press it onto the bottom.

In a small pot, heat the coconut milk with honey. Add the coconut, then clear gelatine and vanilla. Mix everything together.
3. Step
Pour the mixture onto the crust and let it set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
4. Step
Before serving, we can sprinkle the cake with coconut and decorate it according to our own imagination.
