Chocolate Gluten-free Cake

- 200 g Chocolates
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 5 pcs egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 50 g of cocoa powder
- 50 g almond flour

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking dish. Line the dish with baking paper.
2. Step
Melt the chocolate and butter on low heat. Then add the sugar and stir thoroughly.
3. Step
Add eggs to the chocolate mixture, one at a time, while constantly stirring. Then add the vanilla extract.
4. Step
In another bowl, mix cocoa powder and almond flour. Then add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
5. Step
Pour the batter into the prepared form and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
