This children's bar liqueur is a real treat that I have prepared on many occasions. It is particularly popular at birthday parties or simply on cozy evenings with friends. The combination of the sweetness of the chocolate and the creaminess of the cream makes this liqueur irresistible.
Ingredients
- 8 Children Bar (well chilled)

Directions
To prepare children's bar liqueur, first take the children's bars and cut them into small pieces. Then put these pieces in a blender. I have noticed that the bars crush better when they are well chilled.
Switch the blender on to a low setting until the bars are reduced to crumbs. However, make sure that the blender does not run for too long, otherwise the chocolate will become too warm and start to melt.
Heat the cream, milk and sugar in a pan. Stir the mixture constantly until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remember that the mixture should not boil, so a medium heat is sufficient.
As soon as the sugar has dissolved, add the Kinderriegel crumbs and stir until a homogeneous mixture has formed. I recommend keeping the heat low and stirring continuously to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Now add the vodka. I have found that a neutral vodka does not mask the taste and is the best choice.
The mixture is then poured into a bottle and stored in the fridge. The children's bar liqueur tastes particularly good when served chilled.
Have fun trying out and enjoying this uncomplicated and delicious liqueur!
