Directions
Start by preparing the mushrooms - wash them and gently remove the stems. Note: do not throw away the stems, they will come in handy later. Gently hollow out the flesh of the mushrooms.
Finely chop the mushroom stems and onions. Heat butter in a frying pan and add chopped onions and mushroom stems. Fry until the onions become glassy.
Add to the pan pressed garlic, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir the whole thing and fry for about 2 more minutes. After this time, remove the pan from the heat.
Grate the yellow cheese on a coarse grater and add the breadcrumbs and cooled fried ingredients to it.
Fill the obtained stuffing with mushroom hats and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the mushrooms in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for about 25 minutes, until the cheese melts and browns nicely.
