- 2 spoons Flours

1. Step
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, where you melt the butter.
2. Step
Add the flour and mix it with the butter to form a roux. We cook this for about 2 minutes.

Add milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

When the sauce thickens, add grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Step
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped chives.
