Brownie mug

I love chocolate sweets myself, and the mug brownie is one of my favourites. It's so easy to make, and the best thing about it is that you can just throw it together on a whim, as the ingredients are mostly available in every household.

Directions

15 min.
1. Step

Measure out all your ingredients in advance so that you can make a smooth preparation.

2. Step

You can also flavour the brownie batter with vanilla essence to make it taste even more special.

3. Step

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cocoa powder. If your ingredients are not finely ground enough, it's a good idea to sift them to guarantee a nice smooth end result.

4. Step

Add the egg, oil and milk and mix thoroughly to make a lump-free dough.

5. Step

Wash your utensils immediately after use, so that you don't have a pile of washing up to make cooking more enjoyable later.

6. Step

Microwave the brownies on full power (700-800 watts) for 2 minutes. Note that every microwave is different, so set a shorter time at first and then increase it if necessary.

7. Step

Modeling and correcting the problem: If you feel that the brownie is still too runny, don't panic! Add 1-2 minutes to the baking time, but be careful not to overcook.
